Ccv6 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Platform Use

When registering an account with ccv6, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Each user may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. ccv6 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out under your account, even if conducted by a third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ccv6 support team immediately and change your password. ccv6 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email — treat any such request as fraudulent.

As part of the account verification process, ccv6 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. These documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the ccv6 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Only approved payment methods, as clearly listed on the platform, may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions through third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers are prohibited — all transactions must originate from the registered user's own account. ccv6 may require a certain amount of processing time for transactions, which varies depending on the payment method.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. ccv6 reserves the right to temporarily hold or investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions. Bonuses and promotional credits carry their own specific conditions that must be met before withdrawal. If you experience any issues with a transaction, please notify our support team immediately — issues are typically resolved within 48 hours.

If ccv6 rejects a deposit or cancels a transaction for any reason, we will make every effort to return the full amount to its original source where applicable. However, ccv6 is not responsible for any payment gateway fees or bank charges. Where currency conversion is required, prevailing market rates will apply.

Ccv6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken due to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, evidence of fraud, or legal obligations. If an account is closed, ccv6 will use its own discretion to determine whether any remaining valid balance is refunded; however, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a Terms violation. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, in which case any valid balance is eligible for refund.

Ccv6 may update these Terms at any time as needed. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform; however, it is each user's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms are published constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms. ccv6 will always keep the current Terms, along with the latest update date, published on this page.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ccv6 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh, and both parties are deemed to accept that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
